No pushy high pressure sale techniques, and the price was the same as when I was quoted over the phone. Three months later and my carpets still look and smell great. Other companies I have tried charged a lot more once they arrived at my home, carpets took two days to be dry completely, and were just as dirty as when I called them 1 week later.
